Insurance Information
Dr. Lockner accepts most insurance
plans, and she is a contracted provider for Blue Cross/Blue
Shield (PPO Plans only)and Medicare. Please call the
office for more information.
Please note: Medicaid/Public Aid
does not reimburse for psychological services provided by
psychologists. Due to this, Medicaid/Public Aid is not
accepted.

Initial Phone Consultation to discuss prospective patient
needs & suitability.
$200.00 - Initial
outpatient Diagnostic
session.
$140.00 - 45-50 minute outpatient Psychotherapy
session. * $ 90.00 - 20-30 minute
outpatient Psychotherapy session. $220.00 - 75-80 minute
outpatient Psychotherapy session. $150.00 - Hourly fee for
Psychological testing services. $250.00 - Hourly fee for court appearances, depositions, attorney
conferences, school conferences (including travel time).
* Please note: A clinical hour is
between 45 - 50 minutes.
- Fees are subject to change
without notice. Please verify fees prior to initial
treatment.
- Crisis intervention and
emergency sessions may be subject to additional charges.
